TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT
1. WE REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT BEFORE STARTING ANY SERVICE.
2. WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 500 PHP + PAYPAL FEES FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS.
3. PRICES ARE FIXED UNLESS THERE IS AN ONGOING DISCOUNT.
4. WE DO NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS.
5. IN THE EVENT THAT WE FAIL TO PROVIDE THE AGREED-UPON SERVICE(S). IN SUCH CASES, A 100% REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE SERVICE(S) WE FAIL TO PROVIDE.

SERVICE
1. WE REQUIRE CLIENTS TO CHANGE ACCOUNT PASSWORD BEFORE AND AFTER THE SERVICE.
2. REMOVE OUR DEVICE AFTER THE SERVICE FROM LOGGED IN DEVICES.
3. WE WILL NOT USE ANY IMPORTANT ITEM(S) ON YOUR INVENTORY. E.G. PRIMOGEMS, FATES, FRAGILE RESIN, ETC. IN THE EVENT WE NEED AN ITEM, WE SHALL ASK FOR YOUR PERMISSION TO USE IT.
4. GIVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW WE SHOULD HANDLE YOUR ACCOUNT AND PREFERENCE.

GENERAL
1. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE RUDE BEHAVIORS. E.G. RUDE LANGUAGE, GHOSTING/NOT RESPONDING, ETC.
2. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACCOUNT DAMAGE/LOSS DURING AND AFTER SERVICE.
3. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE.
4. CONVERSATIONS WILL BE POSTED AS PROOFS. ANY PRIVATE CLIENT INFORMATION WILL BE HIDDEN.
